Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a man of specific taste and, when it came to having a large-scale tattoo across his entire chest, there was only one place the Arsenal striker had in mind.
Aubameyang’s artist of choice, Alejandro Nicolas Bernal, is based out in the Spanish city of Barcelona and was tasked in putting a day aside for the Arsenal man to drop in, get inked, and get back to London.
The 29-year-old took to social media to document the incredible trip, which began from his private jet showing panoramic views of the Barcelona coastline.

The Gabon international then met with his artist of choice, Alejandro Nicolas Bernal
The pair got into the session, which appeared to begin later in the evening on a hotel balcony
Things soon got weird as both Aubameyang and Bernal donned masked for the procedure
Touching down in the Spanish city, the striker made his way to his plush hotel where a balcony bed was laid out for the many hours of tattooing to begin.
Aubameyang met with the artist and friend Bernal, before the show got under way. Having not had tattoos across the chest region before, the Arsenal man knew he was in for a long day.
The painstaking hours under the needle then began, with the pair keeping things lively during the day by at one point donning theatrical masks to complete the procedure.
The striker looked pleased with the work in progress and continued smiling throughout

Aubameyang then showed off the fruits of Bernal’s labour, with the full chest piece on the brink of completion.
The ink appears to show off a solid diamond section, flanked either side by angel wings and cloud detailing along with ‘Pierre.’
Aubameyang has already been firing for the Gunners in pre-season, with a remarkable hat-trick in their recent win over local side Boreham Wood.
The former Borussia Dortmund man rattled the back of the net three times in just over 15 minutes, as Arsenal went on to register a resounding 8-0 win.
