Jasper Cillessen to Chelsea

Chelsea are eyeing a move for Barcelona ace Jasper Cillessen as a replacement for Thibaut Courtois.

The Belgium international has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent months.

Reports yesterday claimed the Chelsea star has agreed terms with Real Madrid ahead of his return to La Liga.

And according to TransferMarketWeb, new Blues boss Maurizio Sarri is eyeing Barcelona’s Cillessen as a replacement for Courtois.

They say the Blues are big admirers of the 29-year-old, who is set to leave the Nou Camp after two years at Barca.

Yerry Mina future unresolved

Yerry Mina is yet to resolve his future amid links to Manchester United and Everton.

The Colombian international is expected to leave the Nou Camp after just six months having been unconvincing in his short spell with the Catalan giants last term, with the La Liga champions having also signed Clement Lenglet in his position this summer.

And the 23-year-old has since been linked with a number of Premier League clubs with newly-promoted Wolves the latest to show interest according to Sky Sports, although it is believed Everton are the front-running English side.

But recent reports from France have suggested that former Palmeiras prospect Mina – who played just six times for Barca last season – could be on his way to Old Trafford with Jose Mourinho looking to strengthen at the back.

Mundo Deportivo believe that Mina’s future is yet to be decided with other suggestions that Lyon have made Barca a concrete offer, submitting a €30million (£26.7m) bid to sign Mina.

The Spanish outlet say that Mina’s representatives, his uncle and agent Jair Mina and advisor Felipe Russo, have met with Barca’s general manager Pep Segura and directors Eric Abidal and Ramon Planes in recent days.

Goalkeeper merry-go-round…

Simon Mignolet has emerged as a shock target for Barcelona, according to reports.

Besiktas are interested in Mignolet but Spanish outlet Marca now claim Barcelona also want the Belgian shot-stopper.

Marca report Mignolet is a potential replacement for Jasper Cillessen, who is expected to leave Barcelona.

They say he is competing with Wolfsburg keeper Koen Casteels as well as Yann Sommer from Borussia Monchengladbach.

Real Sociedad goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli is also a potential while Eibar’s Marko Dmitrovic can’t be ruled out.
